Jess (she/her) has been working as a producer in documentary film and unscripted television for over 10 years. Her work includes REMAINING NATIVE (dir. Paige Bethmann, SXSW ‘25 Special Jury Award & Audience Award Winner), CANDACE PARKER: UNAPOLOGETIC (dir. Joie Jacoby, DOC NYC '24, ESPN), and two feature documentaries currently in production, DADDY (dir. Hannah Myers), and ROLL FOG (dir. Daniel Díaz).

Her work also includes documentary film impact, on REMAINING NATIVE, TIGER (dir. Loren Waters, Sundance '25), and ᏗᏂᏠᎯ ᎤᏪᏯ (Meet Me at the Creek) (dir. Loren Waters, Big Sky '24) and art activism with the multi-generational silkscreen collective, Mobile Print Power.

In addition, Jess is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development at BAVC Media, where she oversees fundraising for the organization and facilitates generative collaborations across peer organizations and sponsors alike.
